El espacio se utiliza de forma muy eficiente y las zonas internas son muy compactas, lo que permite una gran funcionalidad. En la primera planta hay una cocina-comedor conjunta, un sal\u00f3n con chimenea, grandes ventanales y techo alto, sauna, ducha, aseo y una peque\u00f1a habitaci\u00f3n para invitados. Hay dos terrazas en fachadas opuestas de la casa, lo que permite disponer de espacio suficiente para colocar muebles de exterior y barbacoa, por ejemplo.
