La Storey Villa de COMMOD HOUSE es una casa de dos plantas formada por 6 m\u00f3dulos dispuestos espacialmente de tal manera que un retranqueo en la planta baja crea una zona cubierta para descansar a cubierto en la Terraza orientada al suroeste. La superficie de 165 m\u00b2 ofrece espacio para una familia de seis miembros, con una sauna en la planta superior que prolonga el cuarto de ba\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
La construcci\u00f3n autoportante de la escalera, con su dise\u00f1o transparente, retoma el concepto abierto de la planta baja. Al entrar en el edificio, la vista se extiende a trav\u00e9s de los escalones hasta el jard\u00edn. Al dise\u00f1ar el sal\u00f3n y el comedor, se prest\u00f3 especial atenci\u00f3n a las generosas ventanas, que se colocan delante de la estructura para maximizar la cantidad de cristal. Para dar sombra se fabricaron barras correderas y plegables de madera de alerce especialmente planificadas.<\/p>\n
Como bloque monol\u00edtico, la cocina es el elemento central de comunicaci\u00f3n y, hecha del mismo roble de alta calidad que el parquet, se integra en la estructura de la estancia.<\/p>\n
La casa se complementa en el lado norte con una generosa cochera, que crea una zona cubierta de almacenamiento y entrada.
