El Akacia 160 est\u00e1 construido con estructuras de madera maciza. Las paredes y el tejado est\u00e1n formados por paneles de CLT aislados por el exterior con lana mineral de 200 mm de grosor mediante una tecnolog\u00eda innovadora que minimiza los puentes t\u00e9rmicos. Este m\u00e9todo consigue una gran eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n
Los Cimientos del Akacia 160 est\u00e1n hechos de losas de hormig\u00f3n aisladas. Se crea un molde combinando el elemento con placas aislantes, en el que se forman cimientos de losa monol\u00edtica al verter el hormig\u00f3n. El resultado es una estructura monol\u00edtica que no entra en contacto directo con el suelo, evitando los puentes t\u00e9rmicos. Este m\u00e9todo de construcci\u00f3n proporciona una gran resistencia al hundimiento y la deformaci\u00f3n del suelo, adem\u00e1s de excelentes propiedades t\u00e9rmicas.<\/p>\n
La madera ocupa un lugar destacado en el interior, creando un ambiente c\u00e1lido y acogedor. El material principal de los cerramientos Akacia 160 es el CLT, que queda expuesto en el interior en lugar de ocultarse tras un revestimiento. El olor, las propiedades ac\u00fasticas, la textura y la superficie de la madera afectan positivamente a la vista, el o\u00eddo y el olfato.<\/p>\n
