Julia is a compact, rustic tiny house measuring 7.9 × 3 × 4 m (length × width × height), designed for 4 people and created with peaceful, harmonious living close to nature in mind. Thanks to its well-thought-out interior layout and multifunctional spaces, it works perfectly as a place for everyday living, remote work, or relaxation with family and friends.
The house is built using wooden frame construction on a fixed chassis without road homologation. The walls and roof are insulated with 15 cm of mineral wool, and the floor with a 12 cm sandwich panel, ensuring year-round comfort. The façade is clad in thermo-pine, while the roof and corners are reinforced with steel. Altogether, it forms a solid yet cozy structure with a distinct character. Julia’s interiors are finished with natural birch plywood. Large glazing and a functional room layout make the home bright and spacious.
On the ground floor, there is a living area featuring a large 180 × 200 cm bed with a lift-up frame, a chaise longue, additional storage, and a shelving unit. The living room also includes a folding table, a bench with shelves, and space for stools. The space is completed by a comfortable workspace with a folding desk and chair — which, when folded, transforms into a spot for a hammock, perfect for relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, an induction cooktop, an Amsterdam sink, a hood, an under-counter refrigerator, an Ariston 50L water heater, and a practical set of cabinets with tall built-ins and drawers.
The bathroom, finished with Fibo panels, features a shower with a glass screen, a classic toilet, a vanity unit with a sink, additional cabinets, and a round mirror. Sliding doors ensure convenient use even with limited space.
The house offers two lofts — the first, above the bathroom, accommodates a standard 160 × 200 cm bed, a jute-rope railing, and a wooden ladder. The second loft, accessible via a rope ladder, features a net and serves as an excellent play space for children, reminiscent of a tree house.
The Julia model is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating in both the bathroom and main room. Wooden elements, soft lighting, window pleats, and carefully crafted details create an atmosphere of warmth, tranquility, and homey comfort.
