De ruimte wordt zeer effici\u00ebnt gebruikt en de binnenruimtes zijn zeer compact, waardoor ze zeer functioneel zijn. Op de eerste verdieping vindt u een gezamenlijke keuken-eetkamer, een woonkamer met open haard, grote ramen en een hoog plafond, sauna, douche, toilet en een kleine logeerkamer! Er zijn twee terrassen aan tegenoverliggende gevels van het huis, waardoor er genoeg ruimte is voor het plaatsen van buitenmeubilair en bijvoorbeeld een barbecue. Op de bovenverdieping vindt u een comfortabele hal\/woonkamer met toegang tot een loggia, evenals twee vrij ruime slaapkamers, een toilet en een douchecabine.
