Sky is a modern barn-style house measuring 11.00 × 3.45 × 4.00 m (length × width × height), designed for comfortable, year-round living for 4 to 6 people. Thanks to its gable roof, thoughtful layout, and large glazing, the interior is not only functional but also bright, spacious, and strongly connected to the surrounding nature. The structure is based on wooden frame construction, set on a solid chassis.
From the outside, Sky attracts attention with its aesthetic façade made of thermo-pine and metal cladding. The entrance leads through single triple-glazed doors, and all windows (also triple-glazed) provide excellent insulation and outstanding interior lighting.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a functional hallway with a large mirror, a spacious wardrobe, a shoe cabinet with a seat, a coat rack, and a wall shelf. Above the bathroom, there is a luggage mezzanine that offers additional storage space. The heart of the house is a spacious living room with large glazing, a corner sofa with a sleeping function, a coffee table, and a TV. The room is complemented by a straw pendant lamp and a dimmer that allows for mood lighting. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen area, which features a full set of cabinetry: a drawer cabinet under the induction cooktop, a sink cabinet, a small cargo pull-out, wall cabinets (including open ones), a built-in range hood, and a medium-sized built-in refrigerator. The living area is completed with a large dining table and four chairs.
Sky offers two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a 160 × 200 cm bed, two bedside tables, a large wardrobe with sliding doors, a TV, a straw pendant lamp, and decorative posters that add a cozy atmosphere. The second room is designed as an ideal children’s space — with a bunk bed, desk, armchair, and pendant lamp. This room can also be arranged as a guest room or home office.
The bathroom has been carefully designed with attention to every detail. It features a glass shower enclosure, a wall-hung toilet (Geberit), a vanity with a sink and sliding doors, a storage cabinet, a countertop with space prepared for a washing machine, a wall cabinet, an illuminated mirror, wooden doors, and Fibo wall panels. Hot water is supplied by a 50 L Ariston electric boiler. All rooms — including the bathroom — are fitted with high-quality flooring panels.
Thermal comfort is ensured by a comprehensive heating system: underfloor heating in the living room, hallway, and bathroom; air conditioning (two units — in the living area and master bedroom); an infrared heating panel in the small room; and a bathroom radiator.
Practical finishing touches include pleated blinds in all windows and doors, as well as exterior stairs. Sky is a home that brings together style, space, and everyday comfort.
