Evergreen

Evergreen is a modern, single-storey modular home with a usable floor area of approximately 41 m², designed for comfortable, year-round living for 3 to 6 people. It consists of two connected modules with total dimensions of 8.28 m x 6.06 m x 4 m. Each module is transported separately on a low-bed trailer, and assembly and on-site setup are included in the price.

The house stands out with a well-thought-out interior layout that ensures optimal functionality and a sense of spaciousness. The central point is the living room with a dining area, equipped with a large table for six people, a comfortable sofa bed, and a 55-inch TV. The fully built-in and equipped kitchen offers, among other things, an oven, an induction cooktop, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and numerous cabinets and shelves for storage.

Evergreen features two separate bedrooms—a master bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed, headboard, and a spacious built-in wardrobe; and a smaller bedroom with a 90×200 cm bed, a desk, a cabinet, and shelves, making it an ideal space for a child or as a home office. The comfortable bathroom is equipped with an 80×80 cm shower enclosure, a Geberit-type toilet, a vanity with a sink, an LED mirror, built-in cabinetry with space for a washing machine, and an electric water heater. The entrance hall, with a built-in wardrobe, pouf, and large mirror, serves as a practical extension of the living area.

The house is built using timber-frame technology. The roof and corners are finished with steel, while the façade combines thermo-pine cladding with sheet metal. Thanks to high-quality mineral wool insulation (20 cm) and triple-glazed windows and doors, Evergreen provides excellent thermal comfort all year long. Underfloor heating in all rooms and a modern ducted air-conditioning system come as standard.

The interior is finished with high-quality materials—waterproof panels on the floors, and Fibo panels on the bathroom walls and ceiling. The furniture is made from durable MDF. Electrical and plumbing installations are integrated within the walls, and the whole interior is complemented by modern LED lighting, wall sconces, and a stylish lamp above the table. Curtains and pleated blinds provide additional comfort.

Evergreen is move-in ready—it combines modern aesthetics with high-quality craftsmanship and functionality.
